Paragon Delta LLC, through its Paragon Delta Institute (PDI) educational department, is excited to introduce the Synergy, Education, Experience and Development (SEED) program.

The Paragon Delta Institute (PDI) is the education department within Paragon Delta LLC dedicated to educating and developing global youth in the world of DevSecOps and IT Business Management. PDI expands the traditional definition of DevSecOps beyond technology-focused capabilities in software development, AI/ML enablement, IT security controls, operations, and platform management.

PDI takes a holistic approach by integrating IT Business Management and Informatics, ensuring that technology and business work hand in hand. By delivering programs that blend business and IT skillsets, PDI introduces these competencies to disadvantaged youth worldwide, making the STEM ecosystem more inclusive, diverse, and innovative.
The SEED program is a groundbreaking IT Business and DevSecOps workforce development initiative designed to expose and prepare disadvantaged youth worldwide for careers in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM).
By integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), cloud computing, cybersecurity, and IT business management into an accessible, experience-driven curriculum, delivered through a dynamic and secure multi-tenant cloud platform, SEED creates pathways for young people to become the next generation of informed, certified, and synergized digital innovators.
